I bought a new vehicle and wanted to ask about ceramic coatings. I filled out a long form on a local shop’s website and waited two days for a reply. That’s most small-business websites: the owner is busy grooming a dog or fixing a sink, and the question goes to voicemail. So we built the assistant we wished every local business had – one that knows your services, hours, and policies, says “I don’t know” honestly, and hands you to a human when it should. Our first customer was our own demo site, Tilly’s Pet Spa (Tilly is a real dog with strong opinions about bandana colors), and everything in the plugin exists because we needed it there first. We’re a Kansas company, we answer our own support forum, and we’d rather ship something honest than something flashy.
