    Fix 2FA lockout after uninstall/reinstall: uninstall removed the crypto key while encrypted 2FA usermeta remained, causing fail-closed lockouts on reinstall. Uninstall now cleans up encrypted 2FA secrets alongside the key, and a break-glass recovery path was added.
