Hello!
This is Tapan from Bangladesh. A passionate software engineer. LAMP stack is my comfort zone.
I have developed many websites and web applications using PHP/MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and WordPress in the past couple of years.

I am working full-time for a German company, WPStaging. Most of my work is WordPress-related.

WordPress Origin Story

My first experience with WordPress was in 2010, as a web developer at that time I was developing various client websites with raw PHP. Then I try various CMS and frameworks like Joomla, Magento, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, etc. As a CMS WordPress and framework CodeIgniter seems easier to me. At that time my company wanted a custom CMS so I went with CodeIgniter. But I love WordPress and started my blog with WordPress and am active in the local community. We do a lot of WordPress meetups here in Dhaka and later in 2019 we successfully conducted “WordCamp Dhaka”.

I love contributing to WordPress and become a core contributor in 2021. Now I try to regularly attend different meetings on Slack and contribute to Core Test and Polyglot frequently.
