I connected with the WordPress Community in Nicaragua in 2017, and it quickly became both a school and a home for me. What began with organizing local meetups and WordCamps in Managua evolved into a journey that has taken me across Latin America and Europe—as a volunteer, speaker, and now co-organizer of the WordPress Cádiz meetup in Spain.

Throughout the years, I’ve contributed to areas like social media, speaker outreach, sponsorship coordination, and logistics. But more importantly, the community empowered me to raise my voice. It inspired me to share my knowledge about digital marketing and community building on international stages, while embracing the values of collaboration, inclusion, and open access to knowledge.

The WordPress Community has not only shaped my career—it has strengthened my confidence, leadership, and purpose. I’m proud to be part of a movement that creates spaces for people to grow, connect, and thrive.
