At Automattic, I work across multiple products as part of a systems team, with most of my time spent on WP Cloud. There, I'm part of the team building the platform, and I support our business development team—working at the intersection of technical solutions, systems administration, partner success, technical account management, service delivery, and WordPress development and integration.

- Turn business requirements and production findings into solution designs, product direction, and live features. Help build and deploy the result.
- Advise teams on practical AI operations and responsible adoption.
- Guide technical discovery from early partner conversations through architecture, onboarding, integration, launch, and production.
- Manage production systems and improve site and server performance across WordPress, PHP, MySQL, caching, APIs, logs, metrics, and infrastructure.
- Help shape and mitigate traffic across origin and edge networks through routing, caching, rate limits, and security controls.
- Perform security reviews and research.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales work through feasibility analysis, feature and pricing context, and technical account management.
- Lead cross-team incidents and escalations, then turn what we learn into tooling, documentation, training, and developer guidance.
- Help advise and deploy other Automattic products and services.
