    WordPress Origin Story

    I started building WordPress sites for small businesses around 2004 — mostly brochure sites and simple WooCommerce stores for local clients. Over time the same problems kept coming up: contact forms that nobody answered, lead capture that broke, support questions piling up overnight. When ChatGPT made conversational AI usable for non-engineers, building a WordPress chat plugin around it became the obvious next step — and that turned into what’s now Global AI Chat.
