Before discovering WordPress, I was actually building websites with Joomla. Back in 2007, I came across WordPress’s famous “5-minute install” tagline – and out of pure curiosity, I decided to give it a try. Within minutes of setting it up, I realized how simple yet powerful it was. I started with WordPress 2.0, and from that moment, I was completely hooked.

What began as an experiment soon turned into passion. Between 2007 and 2009, I worked as a freelance WordPress developer, completing numerous client projects and exploring everything I could about the platform. Later, I joined a well-known Bangladeshi company as a Senior WordPress Developer, where I built over fifteen custom and challenging WordPress projects from the ground up. I worked extensively on custom plugin development, and even experimented with WP Mobile for cross-platform mobile app development. That journey – from curiosity to craftsmanship – is what truly shaped my connection with WordPress, and it continues to inspire me to this day.
