    Markas Studio is a creative digital agency based in Indonesia, established in 2019 as the studio arm of Markas Hosting. We’ve delivered 350+ projects to 176+ clients across Indonesia and globally — building custom WordPress sites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps (Flutter / cross-platform), web apps, UI/UX systems, and complete brand identities. Notable work includes Indonesian Rhino Initiative, Paratani, Wirayaland, PaprikaLiving, The Kalimaya, and Toplafs. Our stack covers WordPress, Node.js, Flutter, PHP, .NET, Go, Docker, and Figma. Beyond client work, we ship focused open-source WordPress plugins to give back to the community that powers most of what we build.

    WordPress Origin Story

    Markas Studio started in 2019 as the design and development arm of Markas Hosting. WordPress was the natural foundation — most of our clients needed sites that were fast to launch, easy to maintain, and built on a platform they could trust long-term. Over six years and 350+ delivered projects, WordPress has stayed at the core of what we build, from small business profile sites to e-commerce platforms and conservation NGO websites like the Indonesian Rhino Initiative. After years of building custom themes and bespoke plugins for clients, we decided it was time to ship publicly — clean, lightweight tools that solve real problems for the wider WordPress community.
