It was a Tuesday morning when our lead notifications went completely dead.

We realized that while platforms like Wix or Shopify are fantastic for getting off the ground, you are ultimately just a digital tenant on their property. We were building our entire digital livelihood on rented sand.

We knew right then that as our service business scaled, we needed absolute, uncompromising ownership of our website and our CRM lead flow.

WordPress isn’t just a platform; it is the ultimate declaration of digital sovereignty. On self-hosted WordPress, you own the code, you own the SEO, and nobody can turn off your business because of a platform’s billing error.

But we refused to escape the Wix trap just to install heavy, expensive plugins that recreated the exact same SaaS CRM hostage situation. So, we built our own system.
