Gaming I enjoy immersing myself in various gaming worlds, whether it’s strategy-based games that challenge my problem-solving skills or action-packed adventures that offer a thrill. Coding: Coding isn’t just a job for me—it’s a passion. I love experimenting with new technologies and frameworks, finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and contributing to open-source projects. The process of building something from scratch and seeing it come to life is incredibly rewarding.

Gym: Staying active and healthy is important to me, and I find that hitting the gym helps me maintain focus and energy throughout the day. It’s a great way to clear my mind and push my limits, much like the challenges I face in development.

Touring: I have a passion for exploring new places, whether it’s a road trip to a nearby city or an international adventure. Touring allows me to experience different cultures, cuisines, and landscapes, broadening my perspective and inspiring creativity in my work.

My journey with WordPress began over a decade ago, driven by a passion for web development and a curiosity about creating dynamic websites. During my studies in Information Technology, I was introduced to the world of programming through languages like C, C++, and PHP. However, it was during a project where I had to convert a static HTML website into a dynamic one that I truly discovered the power and flexibility of WordPress.

After completing my Master’s in IT, I started working at Creativecrabs Design Management Pvt. Ltd., where I was given the responsibility of converting HTML designs into WordPress themes. This experience was transformative, as it allowed me to dive deep into WordPress’s core functionalities, learning how to customize themes, create custom post types, and build robust e-commerce websites using WooCommerce.

As I honed my skills, I took on more complex projects, including the development of bespoke WordPress solutions for various industries such as jewelry, art galleries, and education. Each project was a new challenge, pushing me to explore the vast ecosystem of plugins, APIs, and custom functionalities that WordPress offers.

Over the years, my role evolved from a developer to a team lead, where I managed a group of developers, guiding them through the intricacies of WordPress development. I became proficient in optimizing website performance, ensuring that the sites we built were not only functional but also fast and user-friendly.

One of the most rewarding projects was at Newsreach, where I developed a custom API-based WordPress plugin that transformed how content creators and publishers interacted. This project encapsulated everything I love about WordPress: its ability to be customized and extended to meet the specific needs of users.

WordPress has been more than just a tool for me; it’s been a gateway to a fulfilling career, allowing me to combine creativity with technical expertise. It has enabled me to build meaningful web experiences that have impacted businesses and users alike.

And that’s how I got involved with WordPress—by turning a simple academic exercise into a lifelong passion that continues to drive my career forward.
