Release 1.0.4: free version now limited to 5 keyword link rules; Pro unlocks unlimited. Existing rules grandfathered (kept, editable, deletable) — only new-rule creation past the cap is blocked, with an upgrade prompt. Corrected free/Pro copy in header and readme. Tag 1.0.4 + Stable tag bump.
