The SnatchBot platform allows users to create state-of-the-art chatbots, via an interface that is beautifully intuitive, without sacrificing any of the features needed for the design, construction and deployment of powerful and sophisticated AI-driven chatbots. All the features needed by businesses, from small firms to enterprises, are present in the platform’s functionality, crucially a proprietorial Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine. It is NLP that allows a chatbot’s conversation to go beyond set answers, such as those where the user only presses buttons. NLP allows for free-flowing exchanges where the user can type (or speak) their responses in whatever way they choose and the bot can understand and reply appropriately. The combination of our NLP engine with a huge number of features such as the ability to present media, extract user data, draw on real-time web feeds,, allow user’s to make payments etc. means that there is no communication task that cannot be solved by our chatbots. What’s more, our platform is inherently omni-channel. It is designed so that the one chatbot can easily be launched on Websites, WhatsApp, Messenger, Line, Viber, Telegram, Skype, Slack, etc. No expensive or time-consuming work is required to convert our chatbots from one channel to another. Even where enterprises have developed their own messaging system, we can rapidly integrate our chatbots to it.

A chatbot created on SnatchBot.me conducts a conversation with a user through a set of distinct steps called interactions. Several types of intelligent, logical and NLP mechanisms allow interactions to be connected flexibly to one another. Our bots can carry out all the possible scenarios of a conversation that are needed in response to a user’s input. SnatchBot’s platform is hosted in the cloud by Amazon Web Services (AWS). This means that our architecture is robust and can meet the highest standards required by IT and business in terms of security and privacy compliance. AWS cloud infrastructure allows us to add new features in a flexible manner and in a fashion that does not require new local infrastructure with its associated changes in procedure and policy.
