Bio

Matt Bowman is a the president of Thrive Internet Marketing. He started the company in the bedroom of his parent’s house designing HTML websites back in 2005. Today, Matt runs an established WordPress development and online marketing company in Texas that has launched over 250+ sites in his short ten year career.

Aaron Whittaker is the Creative Director at Thrive and has over 15 years experience in web design with a focus on WordPress development. Aaron has won numerous web design awards including an Addy Award. Aaron provides the creative direction for the SkyStats plugin.

WordPress Origin Story

During our initial conversations with clients we typically ask them how many leads is their current website generating, where are those leads being generated, or what is your cost per acquisition and most can not answer the questions. As an internet marketing company we found that business owners are willing to invest in online marketing but do not necessarily know or understand how to measure the ROI. We found that there was an opportunity to help our clients understand how to effectively measure their ROI. This is where the idea of SkyStats came about. Since Thrive Internet Marketing is an WordPress development company we logically thought about how we could easily create an all-in-one business dashboard that integrated our customer’s marketing analytics right inside of their WordPress site.
