WordPress Origin Story

A friend of mine had a VPS and offered me free hosting. While playing around in cPanel I came across softocuilous. Browsing threw various sections stumbled across WordPress. At that time I had not heard of WP before, gave it a quick install and haven’t looked back. I have tried Joomla and attempted Drupal which failed to even install.
