    Hi, I’m Shreya Patel, a Senior WordPress Plugin Developer with 4+ years of experience building scalable WordPress plugins and automation solutions.

    Before specializing in WordPress development, I spent 4 years working with MVC architecture and the CakePHP framework, which gave me a strong foundation in PHP application development and software architecture.

    I currently work at WesternDeal Web Solution, where I contribute to the GSheetConnector suite of plugins. My work focuses on developing and maintaining integrations between WordPress and Google Sheets for popular plugins, including Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Forminator, Elementor Forms, and WooCommerce.

    My work combines hands-on development with problem-solving, from designing plugin features and working with APIs to troubleshooting complex issues and improving overall performance. I’m particularly interested in creating integrations that are stable, maintainable, and easy for users to work with.

    I also enjoy exploring new WordPress technologies, improving existing solutions, and learning from real-world development challenges. I believe good software is not just about making something work, but about making it reliable, efficient, and useful for the people who depend on it.

    My journey into WordPress started after several years of working with PHP, MVC architecture, and the CakePHP framework. That experience gave me a strong foundation in backend development and helped me understand how well-structured applications are built.

    When I moved into WordPress development, I quickly became interested in its plugin ecosystem and the flexibility it offers developers to extend and customize websites. Over time, I began focusing more on plugin development, third-party integrations, APIs, and automation.

    What started as a transition into a new technology gradually became my main area of expertise. Today, I enjoy working on WordPress plugins, solving integration challenges, and building practical solutions that make everyday workflows easier for users.
