In October 2011, we made the call to move our website from Joomla to a more user-friendly CMS that would give us greater flexibility to expand. During a board meeting, I recommended WordPress and took on the responsibility to make the transition happen—and it did! That site continued to serve us well until 2022, even holding up for two years after COVID-19 impacted our business and company termination. Since then, I’ve built many websites, and working with the WordPress ecosystem has truly shaped my career.
