    Bio

Bitsa AI (https://www.bitsaai.com) is a self-training AI chatbot platform for business websites, based in Mumbai, India.

We turn a business’s own website pages, PDFs and FAQs into a 24/7 assistant that answers customer questions and captures leads. We maintain the Bitsa AI Chatbot plugin, which connects WordPress sites to Bitsa AI in a couple of clicks.

We build plugins that are simple to set up, light on page speed and respectful of visitors’ data.

    WordPress Origin Story

It all started when many of our Bitsa AI customers asked how to add their chatbot to a WordPress site. Pasting embed code into themes was confusing for them, so we built a plugin that connects a site to Bitsa AI in a couple of clicks, and decided to share it with the whole WordPress community.
