    Bio

    Hi! I’m Reyes. I’ve been involved in WordPress and its community for over a decade, having contributed and worked across several WordPress-focused startups and projects.

    From 2021 to 2024, I was sponsored by Automattic to contribute full-time to the WordPress open source project, where I helped lead global communication efforts and participated in several key initiatives, such as:

    * Project lead for the experimental WordPress Media Corps
    * Marketing and communications co-lead for WordPress 6.4
    * Organizer for WordCamp Europe 2022 (PR team)
    * Marketing table lead at WordCamp Europe 2023 and 2024
    * Organizer of the WordPress World Photography Day Challenge (2022), in collaboration with the Photo Directory team and volunteers

    Currently, I serve as the Content Lead at Modular DS, a tool that helps freelancers and agencies manage multiple WordPress sites more efficiently.

    Outside of WordPress, I enjoy reading, traveling, photography, and exploring new vegetarian spots.
