    Bio

    I live in Aberdeen, Scotland. I currently work in education, delivering IT education for neurodiverse children. I became interested in Web Design in the late 1990s, back when the internet was born for many of us. Over the years, I have created many websites while keeping up to date with technology changes.

    I am self-taught but decided in 2020 to start a degree to fill in the missing gaps—a positive decision I would encourage everyone to make. I enjoy creating and designing responsive websites tailored to your personal or business needs. I work well with Mac, Linux, and Windows Operating Systems.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I installed my first WordPress blog in 2008. At first, I used a theme from the theme directory, but I later decided to create my own. I remember when you had to install updates and plugins manually. Lots have changed since then.
