    I’m the CEO of Wiwink, a SaaS platform that brings together CRM, electronic invoicing with VERI*FACTU, digital signatures, time tracking, work orders, Marketing Hub—email marketing and integrations with other tools—and customer loyalty features through support tickets and surveys.
    We help businesses simplify management, automate tasks, and strengthen customer relationships. We develop WordPress integrations to connect their websites with their business processes.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My involvement with WordPress grew out of our work at Wiwink, helping businesses connect their websites with their everyday operations. We developed a plugin that connects Contact Form 7 with Wiwink, allowing form submissions to flow directly into our CRM.

    That project brought me closer to the WordPress ecosystem and inspired me to explore more ways to help businesses automate tasks and build stronger customer relationships.
