Designed and shipped Agent Builder — native no-code AI agent platform for WordPress enabling autonomous agents to perform real site actions: content generation, SEO optimisation, security monitoring, WhatsApp visitor chat, and WooCommerce management. Built multi-agent orchestration engine, Meta Agent (natural-language agent creation), per-agent WhatsApp channels, approval workflows, and cost tracking dashboard. Architected full WordPress integration with hooks, capabilities, REST API, and WP-CLI; supports OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, and Ollama. 100% WordPress Coding Standards compliance, zero PHPCS warnings, 400+ automated tests.

Designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform for CPD validation serving engineering bodies regulated by ECSA. Stack: Node.js / Fastify / TypeScript API, React / Fluent UI frontend, MariaDB + Prisma ORM, BullMQ / Redis job queue, GCP Cloud Storage, Nginx wildcard subdomain routing. Implemented infrastructure-level multi-tenancy with 6-stage application pipeline, 15+ substates, role-based workflows, and automated document generation. Partnered with SAICE head of training to position as an ECSA industry initiative.

Built Power Apps Canvas applications integrated with Microsoft Dataverse to process hundreds of ECSA-compliant engineering CPD applications annually. Designed multi-screen forms with validation, draft/resume, role-based workflows, and automated document generation via Power Automate. Engineered Power Automate flows for multi-stage approval, SharePoint document management, and automated email notifications. Managed version-controlled development via Azure DevOps Git.

Built interactive National Benchmark Tests and high-school mathematics practice platform on WordPress. Developed custom post types, quiz logic engine, student progress tracking, and educational content delivery for a London-based EdTech platform.

Led development and high-availability architecture for South Africa's premier investigative news platform u2014 2M+ monthly users, 1.7M page impressions/month. Designed Africa's first clustered MySQL database for a media house u2014 recognised internationally and published. Architected cloud migration, WordPress multisite, CDN, and caching layers; maintained 99.9% uptime across 15+ years.
