Launched major events and planned for huge surges in visitors during ticket drops, often troubleshooting in real time. Worked closely with world-class artists and festival teams on innovative digital projects, including collaborating with Underworld on Manchester Street Poem and developing interactive tools for Music for a Busy City.

Responsible for the design and development of bespoke in-situ interactive experiences for museums and visitor attractions across the UK. Projects included installations for Eureka the National Children's Museum and the R&A World Golf Museum, delivering engaging, accessible, and robust touchscreen and interactive displays built to perform in high-footfall public environments.

Joined Greenwich Design as a freelance developer before moving into a full-time position. Built a range of websites, apps, and specialised products for clients across various sectors. Took on additional responsibilities as the team evolved, becoming project manager and overseeing server maintenance, as well as acting as the main liaison between clients, in-house designers, and freelancers.
