    We make QRSVP: guest lists and QR check-in for WordPress.

    One person signs up the whole family or team, and every guest gets a QR ticket by email. On the day, your helpers scan them in with any phone, no app needed. When a group arrives together, one tap checks them all in and takes what they owe.

    The plugin is free, with unlimited events and guests, and made for Elementor. QRSVP Pro adds eight event themes, your own questions on the form, a waitlist and reminder emails.

    WordPress Origin Story

    It all started with one Halloween event. We built an app for its guest list: every guest got a QR ticket, and helpers at the door scanned them in on their phones. It checked in real guests on the night.

    We wanted anyone with a WordPress site to be able to do the same, so we rebuilt it as a plugin: the event page made with Elementor, the tickets sent by WordPress, the check-in page on any phone. What we learned at the door that night is built into it.

    That plugin is QRSVP. It’s free, and you can see it in action at qrsvp.pro.
