    Prodii is a collaborative data driven skills management tool.

    After working within HR-tech for 20 years we decided to try to fix what was doesn’t yet work.
    Work today is global, fluent and collaborative. HR needs to adopt.
    That’s where Prodii comes into the picture!

    Use Prodii to map your skills in your work relations; collaboratively, responsible, respectful and fair.
    You can use Prodii
    – to gather your social media profile data in one place
    – to understand what ressources you have within your network
    – to create transparency within teams
    – to showcase people and their skills; aggregated within a team
    – to present the best of you on your home page

    WordPress Origin Story

    With Prodii we want to convert and interpret work experience into visual presentations of skills and abilities
    and to make it easier and faster to share and present them on your homepage.

    The Prodii data motor was built and WordPress was selected as the CMS.
    To synchronise data from Prodii we built a plugin; Prodii Presentation; Teams and profiles.
