Professionals and small businesses who provide quality products and services, non-profits who want to do some good, and yoga teachers and alternative health practitioners who live to help others find wholeness and inner peace.

Interests

I am fascinated with the body / mind / spirit and its capacity to heal when provided with the optimal environment. A certified yoga teacher with Utopian visions of peace, harmony, and well being for all.

WordPress Origin Story

Fell in love with WordPress the first time I logged into the Dashboard in 2007. Had worked previously with Mambo, then Joomla, making discovering WordPress all the sweeter!
