I first met WordPress in 2005 while working as art director and production manager at the online education department in a university. At the time I was doing everything by myself with Flash and its ActionScript, and didn’t care to gather lots of people to work on php sites. I heard about this new thing called WordPress that could do beautiful things on a lean timeframe with little outside help. I had an epiphany when I saw what it could do. It was a revelation and I knew I had to learn how to harness its power. It’s been a hell of a ride and it still is.
