WordPress Origin Story

I created my first WordPress site in 2004, when the CMS was still in its infancy (version 1.2!). I was just a fresh-out designer trying to find my way around the web, and WordPress gave me a huge head start.

Since then, I’ve used it for many personal and professional projects, created a life-changing business, and, in an effort to give back to the community, I’m contributing in other ways to the platform, here and there.
