Bio

I’m the founder of Optivra, a software platform focused on helping ecommerce businesses improve the way they manage, present, and optimise their product catalogues.

My current work centres around Optivra Image Studio, an AI-powered image optimisation tool for WooCommerce. It helps store owners scan product images, process them with improved backgrounds and presentation, review results before publishing, and generate SEO-friendly image metadata such as filenames, alt text, titles, captions, and descriptions.

My background combines ecommerce, product development, automation, and practical business problem-solving. I’m especially interested in building tools that remove repetitive work for store owners while improving product presentation, search visibility, and customer trust.

With Optivra, my goal is to create practical, reliable, and easy-to-use tools that help WooCommerce businesses look more professional, work faster, and get more value from their existing product data.

WordPress Origin Story

My WordPress journey started through ecommerce. I was running and improving online stores and wanted more control over the customer experience, product pages, SEO, checkout flow, and the tools that supported day-to-day operations.

As I worked more deeply with WooCommerce, I saw how powerful WordPress could be when it was extended properly. I also saw how much repetitive work store owners still had to do manually, especially around product catalogues, images, metadata, and presentation.

That led me to build Optivra Image Studio for WooCommerce — a plugin and connected service designed to help store owners scan product images, improve product presentation, review results before publishing, and generate more useful SEO image metadata.

For me, WordPress represents flexibility and ownership. It gives businesses the ability to build systems around the way they actually work, rather than forcing them into a fixed platform. My goal is to contribute tools that make WooCommerce more practical, polished, and powerful for real ecommerce businesses.
