WordPress Origin Story

I’ve always believed in the freedom to choose my own path and the people I work with—that belief led me to start freelancing. My journey began on April 23, 2014, on Upwork (then known as oDesk). Like many early-stage freelancers, I quickly realized that technical skills alone weren’t enough—I needed to grow both personally and professionally.

To challenge myself and learn from the best, I joined ThemeBucket on June 13, 2015, where I had the privilege of working under Hasin Hayder, one of Bangladesh’s most respected programmers and mentors. During my time there, I built Happy Elementor Addons, which grew to become one of the most popular Elementor addons in the ecosystem.

After gaining significant experience and engaging deeply with the WordPress community, I felt a new calling—to grow as a leader. That brought me to SovWare, where I’ve been working since March 1, 2021. Here, I’ve been focusing on product development, team leadership, and building tools that solve real problems—while continuing to learn and push the boundaries of what we can do with WordPress.
