    WordPress Origin Story

    I have run businesses on WordPress for a long time. After years inside the domain industry (DomainSherpa, DNAcademy, GoDaddy), I built Notify.domains as a WordPress product because that is where the work already lived.

    The Domain Monitor plugin came from a simpler job: the people who log into wp-admin are often not the people who get the registrar email. When a domain expires or nameservers move, the site team gets blamed. The plugin watches the live domain from the host, in the dashboard they already open.
