My name is Natalia Bielczyk, and I’ve spent my life switching boards mid-game. I trained as a computational neuroscientist, mapping how brains make decisions — until I realized the most fascinating decision-making system I’d ever seen wasn’t in the lab. It was the job market.

Today I work as a career strategist and job market anthropologist, studying the Future of Work. Professional development used to be a ladder; now it’s chess in five dimensions — the pieces move, the board moves, and every few years someone rewrites the rules. I travel the world trying to learn those rules faster than they change, and teaching others how to play.
