WordPress Origin Story

I discovered WordPress in 2008 while searching for a platform to power my new website. I was immediately drawn to its ease of use, which led me to start building custom plugins to meet the needs of my site.

Password reset via a secure link is now enabled by default on new installations. Site administrators can disable it using the new Disable Password Reset Using Link option under Settings.
