6.22: fix non-PDF download links refused with "This download link is not valid for that order." Plugin (non-WooCommerce) orders now issue ebook_key-based links for ePub/MOBI/TXT/ZIP/MP3/MP4 instead of WooCommerce-only wc_order_download URLs with no credentials; WooCommerce links read the order key through the CRUD layer so they work under HPOS.
