We help creators, brands and small businesses in India launch custom merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs and accessories without holding inventory. I work on building and running our online store and exploring how WordPress and WooCommerce can make selling custom products simpler.

    WordPress Origin Story

    We started Merch Factory to make custom merchandise easy for creators and small businesses in India. Building an online store that handles print-on-demand orders without inventory led us to WordPress, and we have been learning from the community and its open source tools ever since.
