Being the sole person in managing a business requires me to dive in all aspects of a business from hiring staff to training, sales to inventory management. It is a tough job but i am capable of handling.

The world is changing by the internet era and businesses that do not keep up with this will be closing down. It is only by a matter of time and i believe mine being a retail shop does not escape from this either.
