I lead end-to-end quality for SaaS and WordPress products by owning manual and automated test strategy, expanding the Playwright automation suite, and driving release readiness. My focus has shifted toward AI-assisted testing and workflow automation: I integrate AI tools to generate test cases, accelerate exploratory testing, and triage defects, while automating regression, smoke, and CI/CD pipeline checks. I also mentor junior QA members, refine testing standards, and collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers to ship reliable releases.
