    B2B Marketing & CRM/MA Consultant
    Feb 2024 – Present
    BorderZero · Full-time
I help businesses improve their sales and marketing operations by bridging business strategy, technology, and execution.

My work includes CRM and marketing automation (MA) requirements definition, system implementation, project management, and operational optimization, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Adobe Marketo Engage.

I also support B2B marketing strategy and execution, including content marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, public relations, and media outreach.

My projects span industries such as manufacturing, financial services, IT, and professional services. I work with clients from business process analysis and solution design through implementation and ongoing improvement.

I also explore practical applications of generative AI, including developing WordPress plugins and AI-powered tools.
