Hi, my name is Marta. I live in a forested district of a former garden city — a place that strongly influences my lifestyle and way of thinking. I value simplicity and balance, and in my everyday life I try to live healthily, actively, and in harmony with myself and with nature.

Together with my husband, I run erharowery.pl — a family-owned business that includes a stationary bike shop, a bike service, an online store, and a blog. Here, we share our passion, experience, and inspiration related to movement, bicycles, and a mindful way of living.
