    Former IT guy turned full-time Web guy. My primary job is working on my health and fitness website AskTheTrainer.com but before this I dabbled in desktop support for years at various large organizations including IBM, CNET / CBS Interactive, and more. During my free time I like to go to the gym or spend time outdoors.
