Bio

I’m an avid WordPress enthusiast with over 15 years on the platform. I’ve contributed to the community for many years as the co-host on WordPress Weekly, WordPress Plugins A-Z and several other WP community projects.

WordPress Origin Story

I was one of the original podcasters in 2004. Having to hand-encode the RSS feed became a real drag, so I found WordPress to be a great alternative. I became addicted to looking at the “Newest Plugins” every day, so eventually I went from podcasting about music to talking about WordPress plugins. Ever since then, the community has adopted me as the top “WordPress Plugin Critic”, an honor that I use to bring the latest and greatest plugins to light for the community.
