WordPress Origin Story

How did it all start? In 2005, I had had enough of creating a separate page for every story I made, so I decided to use some software that would allow me to set up a blog. I love the internet, and I’m a fan of WordPress. The theme name, Kubrick, had a significant influence – one of my two favourite directors… Since I had been building websites based on PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL since the late ’90s, WordPress was clear to me. That’s how it started, and it continues to this day…
