WordPress Origin Story

Been building sites with WordPress since 2008. I was told at the time there were two options: Joomla & WordPress. I looked into both and settled on WordPress because EVEN back then it was much more aesthetically pleasing to a designer. Joomla (where did she go?) LOL was kinda boxy and ugly. Loved the WordPress from day 1 and so grateful for making the right choice back in 2008. I have built a very successful freelance business designing and building WP sites as a result which lets me live my life on my clock. Thank you WP. <3
