Bio

Designing websites since 1996. Designing WordPress websites since WordPress 2.3 (2007). Degrees in Graphic Design and Photography help me create beautiful layouts based on sound aesthetic rules as well as the natural talent, while the comfort with and interest in (actually, glee for) technology, user interface and behind-the-scenes code keep my focus on high usability on multiple devices and SEO.

WordPress Origin Story

Long time ago, but not that far away… while WordPress was still the unruly, teenage outsider, we met. It was a love on first sight. After so many years of going steady (although I have to admit that our relationship is somewhat of an open one), I can say with confidence that hooking up with WordPress was one of the better decisions of my life. WordPress stood by me through good, bad and ugly of projects and clients, was always forgiving of my mistakes, and had supported my career like only the best partners can. We share so many things – WordPress’ family is big and welcoming, just like mine, we both enjoy when things are smooth and built to last (but we’re still flexible), we’re both workaholics, but not motivated by money. Match made in heaven!
