    In 2007 I started developing Duplicate Post, which over time has become one of the most popular plugins for WordPress. In June 2020 I joined Yoast to keep working on my creation. I am now the lead developer of the plugin team, and I oversee the releases of all the Yoast plugins for WordPress.

    WordPress Origin Story

    When I started working as a freelancer in 2007, I made the fortunate choice of using WordPress as my main tool for personal projects and client websites. While building a site for a small cinema, I realized that a plugin to quickly clone posts would be useful, so I wrote one and published it in the WordPress.org repository. Over time it grew into one of the most popular free plugins available.
