It all started back in 2014. Fresh out of college with my BTech, I stepped into the tech industry as a WordPress developer. As the industry evolved, I learned a lot of new skills, moving from writing code to managing teams, architecting solutions, and eventually moving my career to management as a Tech Lead and Project Manager.

For nearly ten years, I poured everything I had into my previous company. I compromised my physical and mental health, handled countless late-night supports, and worked exhausting hours. But in 2025, my life changed; my baby was born, and I availed my paternity leave. That’s when the illusion shattered. I received a phone call from the CEO, who hurled insults and slangs at me simply for taking time to be with my newborn. It was a painful realization that a decade of loyalty, sacrifice, and hard work meant nothing to them.

What followed was a nightmare. They targeted me, began withholding my salary, threatened a 50% pay cut, and ultimately terminated me on January 13, 2026. They still owe me a significant amount of money, and we are currently in the middle of a lawsuit. Standing there with a one-year-old baby and family responsibilities, I felt completely clueless and devastated.

But I chose not to break. Instead, I decided to take control of my own destiny. I founded my own company, Loopstates, and went back to my roots. Building SaaS products, WordPress plugins, Bagisto extensions, Shopify apps, Chrome extensions, PC and mobile software, and offering consulting services is my way of channelizing ten years of deep technical expertise into solutions I am proud of, built on my own terms. Today, I am working harder than ever to realize this vision and build a business defined by respect, quality, and real human values.
