I had been the webmaster for a couple of non-profit Joomla sites While I was the webmaster for nvcnetwork.org (a Joomla site at the time), the organization decided to do a total update. I started with a test site for one of the organizations providing rides for seniors. Unfortunately, the organization decided to disband. The nvcnetwork.org then decided to have another volunteer set up the upgraded site in WordPress. I provided a lot of the grunt work for the site which is no longer a Joomla site but a fully operational and expanded WordPress site. Because WordPress is not only powerful but very friendly, I
decided that I would use it for 30blystreet.org,is a family wordpress site that I am putting together. WordPress will be my system of choice for any new sites I need to create.
