    Posted a reply to 英語のイタリックが太字になってしまう, on the site WordPress.org Forums:
    em は強調なので太字になるのは普通です。 em の太字は Lightning のテーマスタイルでもつけてますが、ブラウザのデフォルトなどでも同じく太字指定されるものが多いので 消したい場合は追加CSSで em に font-style:normal !important でも指定してください。
