Music while I work, wine when I’ve stopped. I’m a shameless shopper, which is probably why I ended up building shops for a living. Animals in general, cats in particular — my code review process involves at least one of them sitting on the keyboard.

I run a B2B e-commerce business in France — thousands of products, professional buyers rather than consumers. Trade selling needs things a consumer shop doesn’t: per-account pricing, quote requests, project lists, ERP-accurate stock. Every time I went looking for a plugin that handled one of those properly, I found something almost right. So I started writing my own, and never really stopped. I didn’t set out to build plugins — I set out to run a shop.
