I started building websites with WordPress in 2017 as a freelance web designer, while studying Design & Visual Communication in Nuremberg.

When I joined Greyd as a UI Designer & Developer in 2019, Greyd.Suite still included WP Bakery as a pagebuilder. But soon after, we started experimenting with the Block Editor and dug deep into it as we planned to fully integrate Greyd.Suite into the native WP features. So I managed to get a really good picture of the whole WordPress universe, with insights into both the world of pagebuilders and the “new” WP world that doesn’t need pagebuilder tools anymore.

I am very happy to have the opportunity to share this knowledge and experience with the community as I am now often speaking at WP Meetups and WordCamps.

My vision with Greyd is to enable everyone to use the full power and potential of WordPress. And also to think much further in terms of using WordPress for integrated, intelligent web systems.
