    As a multi-disciplinary professional, I hold leadership roles as an administrator for both the Korean WordPress User Group and the Chungnam Young Developers’ Group. I manage an agency operating in Seoul, Cheonan, and Asan, offering end-to-end services in development, planning, marketing, consulting, hosting, ERP, CRM, and CS.

    My expertise is broad, built upon academic pursuits in multiple Master’s and Doctoral programs, allowing me to function effectively as a IT consultant, Planner, Web Developer, Educator, Theologian, and Manager (Executive). I actively lead the various professional communities and seminars I am involved in.
    My commitment lies with the vibrant and expanding Korean WordPress community.

    I’ve attended WordPress meetups and WordCamp in Europe (3) and Asia (5) since 2008. I’m currently attending a meetup in Seoul, Korea, and am preparing for one in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province! One of my biggest dreams is to host a WordCamp in Korea!

    안녕하세요! 한국 워드프레스 사용자 모임 그룹의 관리자 중 한명으로, 한국 충남 지역 청년개발자 모임의 관리자로 활동중 입니다. 서울, 천안, 아산에서 활동 및 협력하는 에이전시(개발, 기획, 마케팅, 컨설팅 서비스, 서버 호스팅, CS, ERP, CRM) 다루는 회사를 운영 중입니다.

    저는 여러 분야의 석사,박사 학위를 공부를 했으며 여러 분야의 모임 활동을 하고 있는 IT컨설턴트, 기획자, 웹개발자, 교육자, 신학자, 경영자, 봉사자 입니다.
    제가 조직하고 활동하는 모임, 세미나, 커뮤니티의 리더 중 한 사람으로 섬기고 있습니다.
    가장 중요한 것은 워드프레스를 사랑하고 함께하는 한국 사람들 중에 한 사람 입니다.

    워드프레스 소모임 및 워드캠프를 2008년부터 현재까지 유럽(3), 아시아(5) 번을 참석했습니다. 한국 서울 미트업을 참석하고 있으며 충남 천안에서 미트업을 준비중 입니다!
    가장 큰 바램 중 하나는 한국에서 워드캠프를 개최하는 것입니다!

    WordPress Origin Story

    Since 1998, I’ve studied Linux, Windows NT Server, Perl, CGI, and ASP, and worked on some services at a company I founded.

    I first encountered WordPress in 2003. However, my use was intermittent, and it was an opportunity to learn about the diversity of open source.

    Since then, we have seen WordPress grow steadily, if not consistently, and develop innovatively among various CMS in Korea.

    Starting in 2010, more and more Korean developers began to use WordPress, and some experts began to appear.

    However, I was a reclusive planning and development engineer. I also considered a career in education, so I pursued my master’s and doctoral degrees. Through this, I’ve become more active in using and creating WordPress, building a community, and promoting it.

    Korea used to have formal gatherings, but the development of online society has led to a closed, uniquely Korean style. However, some people are pursuing a more open style, and I joined them.

    Currently, I am actively participating in WordCamp Asia (Manila, Philippines), (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), (Bangkok, Thailand), (Vietnam regional gatherings), etc., and I plan to participate and be active in many places in the future.
    One of my biggest wishes is to host a WordCamp in Korea.
